Charlotte Weiskittel manages product, A/B testing, and usability testing at DonorsChoose.org. Since joining the organization in 2006, she has helped grow classroom donations to $227 million by connecting 1.3 million donors to over 178,000 teachers. DonorsChoose.org has appeared as one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies in the World” twice. Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in psychology.

Senior Data Advisor at Vimeo
Kaiser provides training and advisory services in business analytics and data visualization. Previously, he held leadership roles in building and managing data teams for SiriusXM Radio, American Express, [X+1] (ad tech), and Sonus Networks. He is the creator of the popular Junk Charts blog, which pioneered the genre of critically examining graphics in the media; and author of two books, Numbers Rule Your World and Numbersense, both published by McGraw-Hill.

His writing on Big Data analytics and data visualization has appeared in many publications, including Harvard Business Review, FiveThirtyEight, American Scientist, and Significance. He has been cited by New York Times, Financial Times, BBC News, Wired, and others.

Kaiser has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and holds engineering and statistics degrees from Princeton and Cambridge. He is also an adjunct professor at New York University.

Kyle Rush
Head of Optimization, Optimizely
Kyle Rush is the Head of Optimization at Optimizely. He frequently speaks on topics related to web technology and conversion rate optimization. His work has been showcased at Velocity Conference, MozCon, and in A/B Testing: The Most Powerful Way to Turn Clicks Into Customers.

Prior to joining Optimizely, Kyle was the Director of Technology at the New Yorker, and was responsible for the introduction of a site redesign and incorporation of a metered paywall. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of Frontend Web Development at Obama for America 2012, where he managed the technical and product aspects of online fundraising totaling $690 million in 20 months.
